About Saya counselling

Sumayyah Hutchins
Qualified Counsellor | Bachelor’s in Psycology
I am passionate about supporting women who often carry their struggles in silence. My patience, empathy, and natural ability to connect with people inspired me to train as a professional counsellor. I hold a CPCAB Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling and am registered with the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I offer a calm, confidential and non judgemental online space where you can feel safe to share your experiences, explore your feelings, and build confidence, strength and emotional wellbeing at your own pace.
If you are considering counselling, I offer a free 20 minute consultation via Teams or telephone. This gives you the opportunity to share what you would like to work through and the type of support you are hoping for, while I explain how I work and answer any questions. Following this, I will send a counselling agreement for you to review, allowing you to decide whether I am the right fit for you. You can book your consultation easily through my online calendar at a time that suits you.
