We move at a pace that feels safe, never rushed, in a confidential online space where you can speak openly.
My practice is person centred and integrative, which means you remain at the heart of the work while I draw from different approaches to support you. I am trauma informed, so your emotional safety, choice and sense of control are always prioritised.
Whether you are living with anxiety, low mood, trauma, relationship challenges or low self esteem, we gently make sense of what you are carrying. Alongside understanding your experiences, I help you strengthen self trust, build healthier boundaries and develop coping tools that feel realistic in everyday life.
Above all, I want therapy to feel like a place where you can exhale. A space where you feel heard, respected and supported as you grow in confidence and emotional wellbeing.
